Estimator

Education:
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture

Desired Experience: (years experience, background, expertise, etc.)

• 10 years construction experience to include approximately five years in estimating

• Ability to prepare conceptual estimates, as well as lump-sum, hard money bids

Basic Responsibilities: (specific scope and responsibilities of position)

• Prepare accurate take-offs

• Price self-performed work

• Solicit subcontractor bids

• Review scopes of work

• Assemble complete estimate

Desired Skills: (computer, software, licenses, certificates, etc.)

• Excel

• Timberline
